How to use the online basket

Once you have selected the type, size and quantity of the product that you want these items will be automatically added to your online basket. These items will remain in the basket until you have finished  shopping and wish to pay.

The online basket will give you a list of what you have decided to purchase and the price that it will cost. At this stage you can still remove items from the basket should you decide not to purchase them, and you are also able to change the quantity of the items that you have decided to purchase. By clicking update you will then have the current list of the products that you will be purchasing. Once you are happy with everything click on the check out box at the bottom of the page.

The Checkout

Once you have clicked through to the checkout page you will be required to type in the details for the purchase, this includes your name address, delivery address (if different from your home address). It will also ask for a confirmation of the order and then you will be asked to choose a payment method. This will then be sent to a secure computer at the Bead Merchant Where we are then able to apply any applicable discounts and process the transaction.

Once you have submitted your order you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We would suggest that you print off the e-mail as a receipt of your transaction.
