How to use this site

Welcome the the new Bead Merchant Web site.

We have included below a quick guide to using this site in order to make your viewing as painless as possible.

There are a number of ways in which you can move around the sitewhich we have listed below

• The top or main navigation bar  - This is displayed at the top of each page allows you to mover from any page in the site to any other page in the Web site with one click. Also included at the top of each page is a breadcrumb trail to show you where you are on the site. should you wish to find a certain page more than once.
• The side navigation - This is a slightly larger menu bar which appears on the right hand side of every page, it lists the products that the Bead Merchant sells under headings that are the same as the old Web site. These then open up to a wider selection inside.
• You may also type in a product code or name into the search boxes within the site, if you know what it is you are after, this will display a list of results that will require you to click upon them to view the product or page.
• Should you wish to return to a prior page, you may also use the back button which is in the top bar of the search engine that you are using.
• There are also links within the site that will appear either as a box image, similar to those visible to the right or as a word underlined. these links will take you to a designated page or area within the site.

Enquiry forms

There are a number of forms within this site which require you to fill out details in order for you to submit the form. Some of the fields are compulsory and will not allow you to send the form unless you have entered certain pieces of information, this might be an e-mail address, a telephone number, a company name etc,etc. Once you have filled out your enquiry form please click the send button at the bottom of the form and this will be sent to us.

We aim to respond to these e-mails as quickly as possible, and we will not give out ay details that you sumit to any third party.

Discussion Forums

Within the site there are a number of discussion forums that you might be interested to look at, the topics vary and we welcome your input.

In order to post a comment on the discussion forum you will have to register with the Bead Merchant if you have not already. The register link is situated at the bottom left of the discussion forum topics. It requires you to submit an e-mail address and your name before it will allow you to post a comment. We do monitor the comments and ask that you refrain from posting expletives. Once a reply to your enquiry has been posted you will be notified by e-mail inviting you to return to the forum to read the reply.
