Hi Jill
I wondered about kits for the home? Candle rings, boxes, I am sure they are many other things too. Just a thought
Best regards Karen

I like the idea of items for the home, yep - candle rings/containers to go round glass jars, tassels (for tie backs), food covers (as in my grandmothers day), oh and prob many other things

Have really enjoyed stitching all the Fairy kits. Did a white version of the Scarey Fairy last night, and it looks very snow-flakey! Maybe a 'bigger' tree top version for next year, and I would love another colour version of the tropical flowers. It keeps catching my eye, but, the colours...... not for me.

Thanks for such a beautiful site, catalogue and your gorgeous kits and beads.

Merry christmas to you all,

triciax

many thanks for the loveley comments! i think i would like to make a bit of the website where people can upload pics of their creations.
yes those fairies are coming along slowly i have about another 6 waiting to be finished including a white one - i really want to spend quite a bit of time designing those, they are such fun. a big one for the top of the tree is a really good idea - it will need quite a bit of research though to get the framework, but i'm up for that!
we'll start on another colourway for the tropical flowers (i also want to do one for the helix tassel) what fun! any particular colour take your fancy? - how about a moody dark purple/blue?

Hi
I had another thought about something I would like to try - beading a cabachon, so I thought I would pass it on!

Best regards Karen

the difficulty with instructions for beaded cabochons is similar to beaded beads - it depends on the size of the base, and any variation in size would make it difficult to follow. However, it is possible to get some that are reasonably standardised - so hey, let's go for it! don't hold your breath though, it will probably take a little while.

oops! some of them are still not actually finished yet! i've been busy working on the new bead club and not doing enough beading - shame! i'm planning to put the fairy queen mobile into the bead club and i have done the morning glory. the rest are still on my desk ( i tend to get beads together and sit and mull over them for ages before starting - what do others do?)

how about dragonflies as an extention from the fairies - I'm thinking sparkly winged things....with swaroski heads/eyes?

Love the fairy queen mobile I did in the master class. :-)

I too would love to see dragonflies! I adore them, and have a circle of friends who feel likewise. Fairies, angels and flowers are always appreciated! Something with a tree design might also be interesting - maybe an embellished amulet purse?

Hi Jill,
I'm new to beading and only met you beg of June and just getting to know the website, but I would love to make something with an owl on it (just the face would do) or has something similar already been produced? I, too, would love to make a dragonfly from beads. I'm enjoying this adictive learning curve. Owly Wendy

I would love to see some poppy themed items as they are usually popular flowers and the vibrant reds and black contrast is very striking - a peyote or brick stitch litttle bag - a brooch - lariat etc - just an idea - love the things you do already - thanks for the inspirations - and the personnal help at the fairs
