Terms and Conditions

Our prices are in U.K. £ Sterling and are subject to alterations without prior notice.  They do not include carriage.  For information on postage and packing charges please see the Ordering Information. 

Prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% (except books which are zero rated).  If you are ordering from outside the European Union we will deduct the VAT when we process the order.

If you are ordering from overseas please check the prevailing exchange rates before you order (go to www.xe.com).  Your card issuing company will convert the £ pounds sterling amount into your own currency at the exchange rate at that time.  Details of this transaction will appear on your card statement.

It is company policy to request payment with order and we do not operate an account system.

All products are offered subject to availability.

If an item is out of stock we will substitute with the nearest available unless you tell us not to, or there is no suitable match.  If we know that it will be back in stock within two weeks we will charge you and send it on at no additional postage charge. 

Whilst every effort is made to represent our products as they are, variations to size, colour or finish can occur.  We have not tested any bead for colourfastness.  We buy only best-quality beads, but if it is something you feel strongly about please test before you use.

All beads sizes, quantities and measurements are approximate (with the exception of Delicas and Double Delicas which are weighed in 5g measures).  Where we have given you an approximate weight and number of beads per tube this is to be used as a guide only, to help you in your planning requirements and slight variations will occur.

If we have made a mistake in getting your order out to you, or they are faulty, please let us know and we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible.

All our kits and designs are copyright and designright to us and you will be in breach of international copyright if you distribute the instructions to others without our explicit permission, or attempt to sell the design for profit, or imply that the design is your own.

In the process of continual improvement and updating of our range, we reserve the right to alter the design/instructions/contents of our products.
